Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product promptly in its original condition for a quick replacement or refund based on our current pricing*. We would like to make your exchange or return as easy as possible. All returns must be shipped prepaid direct to:

Please include your name, address, and phone number with an explanation of why it is being sent back and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Products may be exchanged up to 30 days from the original date of purchase unless specified otherwise. Exclusions may apply for discounted and/or promotional items.


*Prescription items Drysol & Xerac must be returned to your pharmacy for exchange.


*Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged for cash value.

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotions are final and may not be redeemed after the specified end date and time unless specified otherwise. Requests for price adjustments must be made within 24 hrs of the initial purchase and are subject to be declined. Discounts and promotions may not be combined. Gift cards and subscriptions may not be combined with discounts and promotions unless specified.



All items listed as “clearance” are final sale.

No Receipt Returns

Merchandise returned without a receipt or proof of purchase may be exchanged for credit of the lowest available retail price of the item(s) being returned.
